How It Works

Professional Civil 3D Consulting

To contract the services of CIVIL3D.TV is very simple.

1. Initial Inquiry
   Send an email clearly explaining your Civil 3D question, issue, or problem. Please be concise and provide the necessary context so it can be accurately evaluated and resolved.
   You will be billed for excessive or unnecessary background information beyond what is required to address the technical issue.

2. Review + Estimate
   Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an estimated fee via email based on complexity and the time required to answer or solve the problem.

   Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the response email. Occasionally contractor estimates or consulting replies can be filtered automatically.

    

3. Payment
   If you agree with the estimate, payment will be submitted through PayPal for the quoted amount. (Payment link will be provided inside the response email.)

4. Delivery of Solution
   Once payment is confirmed, your question will be answered. Most clients prefer a video response demonstration, which will be published publicly (depending on the scenario). Email responses are available as well.
   Live one-on-one consultations (Zoom or phone) are also available at $300/hr with a 1-hour minimum.

5. Follow Up (If Needed)
   If the issue requires additional clarification or information, follow-up questions may occur to ensure the solution is accurate and complete.

Standard Rate:
$200/hour equivalent. Most typical support questions are resolved within 20 minutes — averaging approximately $40 for email guidance or $45 for video explanation.
